I just started doing this i have 2 muscle supplements "weight m" and "whey" it says to take 3 servings a day and what i started doing and im already seeing more progress is well i take weight m in morning and whey at night and in afternoon i switch off everyday is that safe to take different kinds like that , im still having 3 servings of supplement ooo and im 14 years old if that matters? and i work out at gym 5 days a week if that matters.
