REDISH,PURPLISH SORES ON INNER LABIA?

ok so for the past week and a half ive been experiencing intense itching down there and figured it was another yeast infection but called and made an appointment to see my dr anyway.. but my appointment isnt for a nother week and needed sum relief so i went out and bought sum cream to ease the itching.. and i thought it was working because it was itching as much... until yesterday when i was in the shower i noticed a red i guess "sore" would b the word.. and then noticed 3 more smaller ones to the side of it and freaked out!! at first i thought mayb it was from me scratching but i really dont know.. so a few hours later when i went to use the bathroom again i noticed that they were bleeding.. not alot. jus when i wiped.. and they werent red anymore they were a dark purple.. they dont really hurt.. and there not "raised" sores it looks like its under the skin.. and im still really itchy down there not as bad as before but its still there.. and i dont know how long i had those sores i couldnt feel anything bein that they are under the skin...or at least look like they are.. theres no pus or anything like that.. its flat..im almost positive that its an std but ive looked it up on the internet and wat i have doesnt really fit into any of the stds.. so i really dont kno.. anyway im totally freakin and im goin to the emergency room tommorrow cuz im really scared..ive never had anything like this in my life.. jus wondering if anyone has heard or experienced this...
