Do I have pneumonia ?

I've been sick for about a week now I have been taking NiQuil and Ibuprofen everyday but I have shown no improvment. I am very lightheaded with a headache, but no fever nor have I had one. I have extreme fatigue and typing this is taking alot out of me. I have very bad sinus and chest congestion. I have a horrible on and off sore throat and very bad cough which makes it hard to breathe when I cough because the phlegm clogs up my throat ! I have no appetite whatsoever, but try to get some food in me. Sometimes I get chest pains when I breathe in, but they are not severe or common. I have body aches all over my body. Should I make a doctor's appointment??
