Help! Plz. MY SIMS for NINTENDO DS.?

I am on the first star about 75% through. I really need help. So far I have met Tim, Helen, Ewan, Tyler, Ashely, Olivia, and Sophie. I have no clue what to do. Helen says something about fisherman Joesph but I don't know where to meet him. I have played racquet-ball a lot. I have talked to all of the tourists in town.
