I have to confess...?

A gay male friend of my wife sucked me off at a christmas party in the bathroom we had at my house. I liked it. I mean I shot, he swallowed. No one suspects a thing. He called for her Friday, I answered the phone, she wasn't in. He said that he can do that anytime I want and he will be completely discrete. He came over today and while she was out he sucked me off again. She came home and didn't suspect a thing. Should I end this or keep it? Will he be discrete as he says?
