What is the name of the jazz tune playing when Bart and Lisa chase Homer and Marge?

There is a scene I saved (I'm sorry, I don't know the episode), ....the kids are chasing Homer and Marge, there is a great tune playing in the back, the scene is definitely different, they are all running through a surreal world, strange looking planes, people on the street, steps that dissapear ...as I said it's completely out of character on the show (but the Simpsons have always been innovative. It lasts just over a minute. And as I said, it beautifully stands out. I believe the music must of been chosen for the "graphics" of the scene. Who did the artwork? Was it art of a certain era? Who wrote the music?
