Help with C Programming - Matrix please?

your code works perfectly......the reason why you're getting random symbols is because some of the array indexes aren't igned a value. make sure there's 100 characters in your text file since it's a 10x10 matrix and it'll work fine. any less then you'll be reading characters from memory that you aren't suppose to be reading.
