I have small hair follicles arising out of my scalp, but since few years they are not growing into hair now.?

Since I took kera treatment from VLCC. Now i am getting bald day by day. what may be the reason behind this? Is there any chemical which stops hair growth? If So, please tell me the anti dose of that.
