Wordpress Sitemap URLs and Google results?

I don't know too much about the Yoast plugin, but I can reure you that the search engines make no distinction between the two different types of URLs you are describing. URLs like /page, /page/, page.html, page.htm will be indexed the same and will not impact your SEO efforts.
