Continuation dress? have you seen anything like that?

Okay so in about 8 weeks I'm going to continuate and I want a dress that's black strapless and has a corset or basque top part. The skirt I want to be kinda puffyish not a tutu though and I want it to be sorta creased ish wrinkled looking but not if that makes any sense. Have you seen any dresses like that? What store? And i have some scars that i want to hide so any ideas on how to do that? Also would the dress look good with some black high top converse? And my hair down in all its curly wavy craziness?
