Should i transfer to another college?

I go to West Chester university in Pennsylvania as a freshmen and right now i am disappointed with the college experience. I was a quiet guy in high school, painfully shy when it came to girls and I never had any real friends in high school. I thought that college would be different but its not. West Chester is literally like 15 minutes from where i went to high school and I am missing my high school every day. About 50 kids I know from my high school went to Penn State main and I kinda want to go there cuz its a beautiful campus and theres so much to do. What I hate about being so close to home is that i always go home every weekend and i end up doing nothing. I just go home so i dont have to sit in my dorm all alone. Everyone on my floor acts like i dont exist but they like love my roomate. I dont know why.
