Junior Executive/Monkey Scenario?

Fire the junior executive but don't hire the monkey. Promote someone from the company's bank of employees who have shown potential. It is always a good managerial policy to give incentives to your employees. No matter how rich your firm is, hiring a baboon will be an insult to everybody working there.
