Why do people keep saying they think Obama will change our country for the better?

He is least qualified to do so of the 3. He constatly avoids the issues and tough questions. It's becoming obvious he is just riding a popular, flash in the pan wave to try and get elected. Do we really want an indecisive president running our country?? Of all current senators, Obama has the most "present" votes of ANY. What has this guy done to be worthy of the oval office except try and smooth talk us, where are his proven capabilities?
