What's the scoop on the ATF also selling guns to MS gang 13, if true it is insane as the other?

saw a small article in our paper about this and wonder why as it stated they were taking the weapons back to a South american country but not El Salvador. From reports there were thousands in Honduras and when they stopped a bus and killed 28 pengers including 7 children the Hondurans ran them out. i hope the guns they got from us don't go there.
