I saw something that disturbed me today...what would you do?

I would report her ***!! Not only did she leave them alone because of her bad judgement, but who knows what else she does if she doesn't care about them being alone in the car like that, and for 5 minutes?? That is crazy! Thats plenty of time!!! I am a mom, and would NEVER, i mean NEVER even give someone an opportunity to take me child away. She is ignorant and will continue to be that way, because she is thinking that it will never happen to her. Hopefully it never does, but if she keeps doing that, it might just happen one day...
