Hi I have a question relating to Goths and peoples views on what they think of Goths?

I sometimes get a few stares but mostly compliments from "normal" people. My style is more on the elegant side than the punkish side so I guess I have that going for me. My husband dresses very normal and most people are surprised when they have known him and meet me for the first time but they are all very nice. I have had one person tell me "that it is not Halloween yet" but I just laughed him off and he was more uncomfortable than I was (I think he was expecting me to get mad and throw a fit). My husband actually finds Goths more attractive than normal people. It is kind of funny b/c we have been together for so long that he is starting to dabble in goth a bit and asks me to help him find/make clothes. If you want to get to know this girl better just be yourself and be honest. Go and talk to her and if you want ask her out. Goths tend to be pretty accepting of other people as long as they are not being put down. Good luck and go get her.
