Did you end up pregnant even after testing negative??

I've been trying to conceive since January. My period was due yesterday, no sign of it. I usually spot for a couple of days before it gets here, no spotting at all. I took a test yesterday and it was negative. I'm feeling very bloated, achy (in the pelvic region), and tired for the last week. My periods are normally like clockwork so I can't tell if this is early pregnancy or a fluky late PMS thing. Has anyone tested negative and then turned positive later and how long did you wait to retest? I want to take another one now but don't want to waste it. They should sell pregnancy tests by the dozen for a discount! Thanks for your advice.
